Odierno Shows Disrespect to Army Guard

The National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS) is quite displeased with the lack of respect that General Ray Odierno has shown to members of the Army National Guard. A recent speech by the Army's Chief of Staff was less than complimentary on the Army National Guard. Some of the statements that Odierno made was that the guard and active army were not interchangeable, the guard only trains 39 days a year, and that the guard must decrease its size.
