Afghans and US Complete Negotiations for Strategic Partnership
The United States and Afghanistan have completed their negotiations for a draft strategic partnership agreement that will spell out the U.S. role in Afghanistan over the next several years. The draft agreement is completed in time for the NATO conference to be held in Chicago in May on Afghanistan.
